Overview

This guide covers Setting Up Flexible Item Pricing at Checkout in Chively using a consistent, support-friendly workflow.

Before you begin

  • Confirm you can access the Chively Management Page or POS as needed.
  • Make sure your account has permission to change these settings.
  • Keep a test order, test payment, or test user available for validation.

Steps

  1. On the management page, go to System settings -> Location settings.
  2. Open the Purchase/Sale tab.
  3. In the Sales section, click Edit.
  4. Enable Set price pop-up for regular item with adjust price.
  5. Click Save.
  6. During checkout, enter the custom price for the specific order item when prompted.

Verification

  • Confirm the change is visible in the expected Chively screen.
  • Run a quick real-world test to ensure behavior is correct.
  • If results are unexpected, double-check permissions and device/network status.
