Before you begin
- Confirm the model is SUNMI P3H (P3 family).
- Verify battery health and charging accessories for full-shift usage.
- Confirm SIM/eSIM or Wi-Fi connectivity plan for your service area.
Steps
- Connect the P3H to your approved network and complete initial device checks.
- Sign in to Chively and verify role access for handheld staff workflows.
- Test the barcode scanner and item lookup for speed and accuracy.
- Validate payment acceptance on all enabled methods (NFC, chip, swipe, scan).
- Run a test transaction end-to-end and confirm receipt behavior for your configuration.
- Apply protective accessories (strap/case) before production service.
- Assign the device to a shift/team and document handoff procedures.
